Outside of work, Kandice enjoys life on her family's farm with her husband Kyle, and their two children, Kash and Kinley. Together, they farm corn and soybeans and raise Hereford cattle and Clydesdale horses-a lifestyle that continues to shape her belief in responsibility, teamwork, and commitment. Growing up in agriculture has strengthened her dedication to showing her children the importance of grit, gratitude, and caring for the land and animals entrusted to them.
